Production Coordinator
About Role:
The Production Coordinator ensures seamless execution of all video projects, overseeing schedules, resources, and logistics. You will act as the central point of contact between departments, ensuring production efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate shoots, locations, crew, and equipment
Track production schedules, deadlines, and budgets
Facilitate communication between creative, technical, and client teams
Assist in pre-production planning and post-production handoff
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in production coordination or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of production workflows, scheduling tools, and budgeting
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with producers, directors, and department leads
Serve as the point of contact for clients and external partners
